1 I currently have a guest account. What are the benefits of becoming a subscriber, and how do I upgrade?

As a subscriber you have access to many more exciting features such as: Hints, Conflicts, Collaboration and viewing unlimited generations.

To upgrade, login into your account and from the "Group Chooser" page click on the "Upgrade My Account" link.

2 When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged from the point at which your account is activated. If you have signed up for the 7 day trial, you will not be charged until 7 days after you signed up for the trial. If you have a guest account, you will not be charged.

3 Why do I keep getting error messages when I try to submit my payment information and subscribe?
