I currently have a guest account. What are the benefits of becoming a subscriber, and how do I upgrade?
As a subscriber you have access to many more exciting features such as: Hints, Conflicts, Collaboration and viewing unlimited generations.
To upgrade, login into your account and from the "Group Chooser" page click on the "Upgrade My Account" link.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged from the point at which your account is activated. If you have signed up for the 7 day trial, you will not be charged until 7 days after you signed up for the trial. If you have a guest account, you will not be charged.

Why do I keep getting error messages when I try to submit my payment information and subscribe?
There are a few error messages that may appear. These help ensure that all the necessary information is correctly entered on the subscription form. Please read the error messages carefully and follow the instructions. If you have an error that does not give you directions, wait a few minutes and try again.
