Genealogy BrowserTM is required to view the genealogy you requested to see.

If you are having difficulties, there are a couple of possible causes:

  • You may have clicked "No" when the Security Warning window appeared.
    When the security window appears, you must click on the "Yes" or "Install" button in order to download Genealogy Browser. OneGreatFamily.com's Genealogy Browser will not gather personal information or do anything unwanted to your computer. Genealogy Browser is required to view the genealogy you requested.

  • You may be using Norton firewall or another type of personal firewall.

  • Your computer rights may not allow you to download our Genealogy Browser.

  • You may be using a web browser other than Internet Explorer.

  • You may be using an Operating System other than Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP.
