If you are seeking to cancel your subscription because either you have had problems with our service or you have not had any success in growing your family tree with our service, we invite you to first speak with a customer service representative. OneGreatFamily is a “one of a kind” resource that can uniquely help you grow and enjoy your family tree, and it is important to us that you get from OneGreatFamily all that we have to offer. In our experience, often people who wish to cancel are experiencing frustrating problems that can be readily corrected by our trained staff.

If you still wish to cancel, please call the Billing Department at 1-800-489-0932, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. (Mountain Time) If all agents are busy at the time of your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. Canceling a subscription must be done by phone with the billing department. Please note, Customer Service cannot cancel a subscription.
