As summer heats up, so does our Affiliate Program! In July we had a big increase in the number of active affiliates and affiliates who had sales. Not to mention that we once again set a record for highest revenue! As an affiliate you add tremendously to the business and online presence of OneGreatFamily. We truly appreciate you partnering with us and encourage you to keep up the great work.

After researching some of the top keywords Internet genealogists are using, we have modified a few of our text links. Here are some of the new ones we think you will find greater success with:

New Family Tree Creation Wizard Advanced Links

We have heard from several affiliates that would like to have relevant functionality from OneGreatFamily to put on their site. Consequently, we have created and uploaded small and large advanced links for your use that will allow visitors to start to build or upload their family trees right from your site. After they start creating their trees, they are prompted to register and take advantage of the OneGreatFamily 7-day free trail. Below I have listed the smaller wizard template. 4. Tip of the Month: Usability Features Will Increase Sales

With the recent upload of our new Family Tree Creation Wizards, I thought I would write a little bit about the importance of providing your visitors with usability features on your sites.

Providing your visitors with important tools on your site will do two things that will increase your conversion rate: First, it preps them before they enter your partner site to be ready to purchase. They are further along in the sales process before they come to the OneGreatFamily site, for example, and so they are more likely to immediately buy.

The second benefit to providing your visitors with the Family Tree Creation Wizards is that you are providing them with unique information specific to them. This will allow your site to become more sticky - meaning visitors will visit your site again because of the value you are providing. If the tools you provide can be tailored to their specific interests, they are more likely to come back and use them over and over again.
