This month we are redoing the same promotion as we did in January - earn 50% commission on ALL YOUR MARCH SALES once you bring in 50 sales in February.

Some ideas to increase your sales this month:

*Write an article about OneGreatFamily’s services and promote it to your email lists
*Send out a newsletter announcing changes to your site and include something about OneGreatFamily
*Change up the banners on your site to catch your visitors’ attention and add a few text links in new places
*Put OneGreatFamily in a prime spot on your home page - email me to look at your site if you want more ideas!

In the last month's newsletter we informed you of the additional policy added to the OneGreatFamily Affiliate Agreement in regards to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. After the newsletter was sent out I received some great input from a couple affiliates that had some very valid concerns about the section referring to allowing OneGreatFamily the option to put an affiliate's account on hold while we investigate incident of SPAM. We agree with them that this would be not be fair if accusations were false. Therefore we have changed the policy to the following:

Email Marketing Policy

(a) Spamming - is strictly prohibited. For the purposes of this Agreement, spamming shall be defined as the sending out of email messages to email addresses which the Affiliate has purchased or has harvested/collected from the Internet or otherwise, which email addresses have been obtained without the consent of the recipient. In addition, for email marketing done to "Permission Based" email lists, defined as your house list of subscribers, customers or other consumers who have requested to receive mailings from you, all affiliates/partners must also abide by the 'Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003', or the `CAN-SPAM Act of 2003'. The practice of spamming and/or infringement of the Can-Spam Act of 2003 is a violation of our Policies and Procedures, and we will take action at its sole discretion against Affiliates engaging in spamming or non-compliant mailings. In the event an investigation reveals that spamming did occur, OneGreatFamily may at is option, terminate the Affiliate’s account in accordance with our termination policy.

b) Permission based emailing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. There are 3 primary rules that will be enforced:

1. Email address must have been obtained with permission
2. Every email sent must have the actual business address listed in the email
3. Every "bulk" email sent must have an "Unsubscribe" link that works

Please read entire Act to be informed of all the details: 'Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003', or the `CAN-SPAM Act of 2003'.

The new surname pages are live! You can check them out by going to OneGreatFamily.com - go to the bottom and do a search.

All of you who use dynamic linking on your site or have links directing to surname pages - the coding is already in place, and visitors will be directed to the new pages. Although we are confident everything is working, please test any links on your site a few times to make sure!

If you use a OneGreatFamily search box on your site, you will need to recapture the code from CJ again, so visitors searching will go to the new pages. We will make the new search boxes available some time next week.

These new pages look nicer, include more information, and are better organized than the old ones. They should really increase conversion rates!!
